Generic character movement

Neutral air dodge will give invuln frames
Direction dodges will give shorter iframes, followed by graze frames and move a bit of distance

On ground, dodges can go side to side, with iframes (possibly vulnerable frames during animation too)
Note that this isn't a dash or running, like in Soku. Running also won't give graze.
